Recipes Relìvables™ make a delicious addition to your pantry. In 2010, we asked Relìvables customers to create a recipe using Relìvables ingredients. The contest was a huge hit! Here are some of the recipes, including our top 5 finalists. You can check out the taste test here.

 

Sopapilla Cheesecake (Tied First Place Winner)
Submitted by Cindy Nutter-Landon

  • 2 8-oz packages softened cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Sugar + 8 tsp Relìvables™ All-Natural Sweetener (to be used half at a time: 1/2 C Sugar + 4 tsp Relìvables All-Natural Sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 stick real butter melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp GlucAffect®

Preheat oven 365 degrees

Beat softened cream cheese, 1/2 C sugar, 4 tsp Relìv All-Natural Sweetener, 1 tsp vanilla until smooth.

Spray bottom of 9 X13 pan with PAM.

Put 6 crescent rolls on bottom of pan.

Spread cream cheese mixture over top.

Put 6 more crescent rolls on top of mixture.

Melt butter, 1/2 Cup sugar, 4 tsp Relìvables All-Natural Sweetener, cinnamon & GlucAffect.

Stir well then pour over top of pan.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 min until golden brown.


Relìvables Dessert Bars (Tied First Place Winner)

  • 3 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 6 TBSP Relìvables™ All-Natural Sweetener, divided
  • ½ cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Neufchatel cheese or cream cheese
  • 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 2 Relìvables™ Chocolate Granola Bars chopped
  • 1/3 cup Relìvables™ Soy Nuts chopped fine
  • 3 cups COLD Relìvables™ Soy Milk or Delight® (mixed according to directions.) You can also use regular milk.
  • 2 (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding

Mix cookie or graham cracker crumbs, 3 TBSP sweetener and ½ cup melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9X13 in. cake pan. Refrigerate 10 min.

 

Beat cream cheese and remaining 3 TBSP sweetner in a bowl until smooth. Stir in ½ of the cool whip until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.

 

Mix the chopped Granola bars and finely chopped soy nuts together. Sprinkle over cream cheese layer. Reserving 2 TBSP for garnish.

 

Pour cold milk into bowl, add pudding mix. Beat 2 min. with a wire whisk. Pour over chopped granola nut layer. Refrigerate at least 5 min.

 

Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with the remaining 2 TBSP chopped granola bars and nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.

 

Cut into squares and enjoy. Refrigerate leftovers. 12 - 15 Servings


Rosanne Henrickson’s Relìvables Banana Bars (Finalist)

Combine:

  • 1 Cup dry oats
  • 2 scoops Relìvables™ Soy Milk powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup raisins

In another bowl combine:

  • 2 ripe mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp banana extract
  • 3 scoops Relìvables™ All-Natural Sweetener
  • 2 Tbl brown sugar

Combine the two mixtures. Bake in coated 8 x 8 pan for 25-28 minutes at 350 degrees. Great for breakfast or snack!


Marcia Speicher’s Relìvables Muesli (Finalist)

  • 3 Cups thick cut oats
  • 2 scoops Relìvables™ Soy Milk
  • 2 scoops Relìvables™ All-Natural Sweetener
  • pinch salt
  • 2 Tblsp. local honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup orange juice
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup raisins or currants

Mix oats, Soy Milk powder, sweetener and pinch salt in a large bowl. Add honey, water, orange juice, yogurt, vanilla and dried fruit and mix. Cover and refrigerate over night or for 4-6 hours. To serve, scoop about 1/4-1/2 cup into a bowl, grate 1/2 of a granny smith apple into bowl and mix. Serve with a scoop of yogurt and fresh fruit. Or, to be more authentically Swiss and more spoiled rotten and not heart healthy, mix it with 1/8th cup light cream and serve with a variety of fresh fruits.

 

This is a perfect breakfast food and can be kept in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a week. Makes enough for two or three people for one week. Easy to cut recipe in half.


Vernon and Fanny Kinsinger’s Nutritious Chocolate Frosting (Finalist)

  • 1 scoop Relìv Now for Kids Chocolate
  • 3 scoops Relìvables All-Natural Sweetener
  • 1 tblsp. Butter

Mix Kids Chocolate Now with Sweetener adding water until smooth like frosting.


Add softened butter and mix until smooth.

 

Enjoy! It is delicious on cookies, crackers, cakes and more!


Hollie Hamby’s Relìvables Casserole

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup green onion, white and green parts, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 (7 oz.) can green chiles
  • 1 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups Relìvables™ Soy Milk
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly oil an 8-inch square glass dish or a 10-inch pie pan. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green onion and red pepper and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and add the green chiles and corn. Set aside.


In a medium bowl, beat eggs and egg whites with Relìvables™ Soy Milk, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, toss the cheese with the flour. Add the cheese and the chile mixture to the soymilk mixture and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared pan and bake on the center rack until the surface is puffed and golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.

 

Rosanne Henrickson’s Frozen Fantasy

  • 8oz cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
  • 1/4 cup Relìvables™ All-Natural Sweetener
  • 2 scoops Relìvables™ Soy Milk powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of pineapple juice (reserved from below)

Beat cream cheese and sweetener with mixer until creamy. Then add in soy milk powder and pineapple juice and beat at medium speed with mixer for two minutes.

 

Gently fold in following ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen sliced strawberries
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained, but keep 2 Tbl of juice to beat with the cream cheese mixture above)
2 bananas (diced)

 

Put into 9 x 11 pan. Freeze. Then let stand for 45 minutes before serving. Top with 1/8 cup Relìvables Soy Nuts.


Phil & Sherry Schuler’s Beverage Recipe:

  • 20 oz. Water
  • 1 scoop Innergize
  • 2 scoops of Relìvables Sweetner


Phil & Sherry Schuler’s Healthy Spinach and Broiled Chicken Salad:

  • 2-3 cups of Spinach leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon onions
  • 2 Tablespoons raisins
  • 2 tsp sunflower seeds
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Relìvables™ Soy Nuts
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/8 cup grated cheese
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast or thigh (broiled)
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Ranch dressing

Take boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, season to your liking (I use salt, pepper, and season salt) and broil for approx. 8-10 minutes on each side. Place spinach leaves, onions, raisins, sunflower seeds, Relìvables Soy Nuts, and tomatoes in a bowl. Top with grated cheese. Cut chicken in bite size pieces and place on salad. Egg is optional. Top with 1-2 Tablespoons of your favorite dressing.
